Vibration and temperature retrofit
Rotating equipment often has no native vibration point. A retrofit is a sensor, a mount the maintenance team accepts, power, and a path into an existing historian or gateway.
What we will not invent
Bearing frequencies, ISO alarm bands, and sampling rates belong in the specification the buyer or their reliability engineer provides. We match hardware to that spec; we do not invent a condition-monitoring theory for the plant.
Wireless versus wired is a site fact: metal sheds, rotating guards, and who is allowed to drill the housing.

- Machine type and shaft or housing photos
- Wired 4–20mA / IEPE versus a wireless node
- Whether temperature is bearing, winding, or ambient

Questions buyers actually ask
Is this a full predictive-maintenance software suite?
No. This page is hardware: sensors, mounting, and a path into the buyer’s existing system. Analytics software is only in scope if the buyer already named the platform.
